The new City Hall building presents itself as a true public building, inseparably connected to the urban fabric, both from a socio-political and morphological perspective. The structure consists of a series of squares/terraces that overlook the landscape, integrating with the surroundings and opening up to the city, making the boundary between inside and outside, between offices and the community they serve, almost imperceptible.

The project becomes a landmark in the urban landscape, almost like a lantern signaling the city's public life. Council meetings and public events are visible from the square on the upper level, making the institution accessible and transparent to everyone. The design of the new City Hall features a series of plazas, walkable and traversable, functioning as a true public space. These plazas can be used for public events at any time, in harmony with the operations of the municipal offices, keeping the urban space active even when the offices are closed.
