The cultural center is a stage, and the neighborhood a theater. A training hub, public spaces, and civic center coexist like gears of the same set design. For this reason, depending on the time of day and the day of the week, the building opens and closes, almost breathes, in synergy with the neighborhood and its community.

The facade is a large stage that moves throughout the day according to internal activities, needs, or the position of the sun. A functional and active architecture that becomes a performance, a scenic tool to be used for excellent training and for the social and creative life of the neighborhood and the entire city of Foggia. A building that can change over time, adapting to the needs of the city and the neighborhood. A school that can become a theater, a theater that can become a square. The building is a machine for the community, a pavilion-stage hidden among the trees, a central point and gear of the entire neighborhood, a symbol of meeting and knowledge.
